In this third-person narrative survival horror game set 300 years in the future, the player will take on the role of Jacob Lee, a victim of fate thrown into the Black Iron Prison, a maximum-security prison located on Jupiter´s moon Callisto. When the prisoners begin to turn into monstrous creatures, chaos reigns in the prison. To survive, Jacob must fight his way to safety to escape from the prison of Black Iron, revealing the dark and disturbing secrets hidden beneath the surface of Callisto.
