Just write your note and send it to the user to whom it is intended. When the recipient receives your link and read your post, a link to a note is automatically deleted. This is the advantage of the service PRIVNOTE, because link with your note can be displayed just one person and only once. If you go to the same link a second time, you will see an error message.
