On April 19, 1943, the Main Directorate of Military Counterintelligence "SMERSH" was created under the People´s Commissariat of Defense of the USSR. The tasks of the structure included the fight against reconnaissance and sabotage activities of foreign, in the first place, the German fascist special services.
Off-front intelligence and counterintelligence work was carried out by operatives of the 4th department of the GUK SMERSH. The most difficult and dangerous tasks fell to their lot: espionage, counterintelligence, sabotage, identification, kidnapping and liquidation of especially important persons of the enemy.
The game "Death to Spies" tells about the difficult service of these people. Find out how victory was forged on the invisible front, using the example of the battle path of Semyon Strogov, captain of the 4th counterintelligence department.

Death to Spies: Moment of Truth
This is a continuation of the popular stealth action game in the world of Death to Spies. The protagonist of the game is Semyon Strogov, the captain of the 4th department of the Soviet counterintelligence, who is called SMERSH (an acronym for "Death to Spies").
The hero has the skills necessary to perform such dangerous tasks as collecting information about the location of enemy troops and civilians, as well as eliminating enemy agents, including high-ranking Wehrmacht officers. Using unique equipment, he catches spies and saboteurs, and also collects information about their plans.
• New missions in Western and Eastern Europe, the USA, Great Britain and the former USSR
• New vehicles and weapons
• Improved animation and graphics
• New graphical effects: increased resolution of terrain textures and added bump texture effects, when displaying objects, HDR and anti-aliasing shadows are used
